Studio Terms and Conditions:

CLASS BOOKING INFORMATION AND PURCHASE POLICIES:

**A valid CC must be on file to reserve a spot in advance.  This includes any promotional class such as a FREE class or package and/or a first class 3 for $30.  With out a valid cc on file you may be subject to class removal. Due to the limited number of MEGA's and Climbers available, a valid credit card must valid to reserve and guarantee a MEGAFORMER in class and for studio cancellation policies. This includes any promotional offer.



***We are a reservation only exclusive studio. Due to our personal training atmosphere and small class size we suggest advance reservations.



*****Walk-Ins are welcome on a First Come, First Serve basis. 







MEMBERSHIP Terms and Conditions are as follows:



*All monthly memberships are auto-renew with no exp date unless cancelled by client via email in writing to: lagreepulse45@gmail.com

 *** Auto-pay can be cancelled at anytime and is required via email written notice and a cancellation form is required to process cancellation. Cancellation must be made with-in 30/31 days/Calander month to to avoid an addtl charge: lagreepulse45@gmail.com  

*3 or 6 months are discounted memberships and there will be a cancellation charge + an addtil month for incomplete commitments.  A full commitment is a renewal up to the end of 3 or 6 mos.



**** A 3 or 6 month commitment is a 1-month additional charge and a $85 cancellation to CC at time of cancellation.  Cancellations made within 31 days/Calendar month prior to renewal date to avoid another additional months membership charge.  A $85 cancellation charge applies inside commitments that are cancelled prior to renewal (this includes in promotional or foundng rate packages). 

*There are NO additional charges for changeing (adding or decreasing membership)  inside the commitment. But a new 3 or 6 month term will apply to any change.





*MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:  



Client may cancel contract obligations if the Client’s change in permanent residence exceeds 20 miles from LAgree Pulse 45. Studio requires proof of address change and a cancellation fee of $85 plus 1-month will apply. Client may cancel the agreement obligations due to disability or physical ailments that would prevent use of the facility and/or equipment. Client must provide a written notice from their physician or care giver explaining the disability or ailment that would prevent use of the facility. Upon receipt of notice, LAgree Pulse 45 shall terminate the Agreement within 10 days. Any and all additional reasons for cancellation shall be at the discretion of LAgree Pulse 45 and subject to 1-month and a cancellation charge, not to exceed $85.







*PACKAGE Terms and Conditions:



*Studio Sales are non-refundable, classes are non-exchangable and non-transferable. Including Private sessions and/or packages.

*Classes must be prepaid in order to book a session (including private sessions). Classes and Privates cannot be confirmed otherwise.

*$20 extra class charge applies for a class that is over clients current package limit.

* LAgree Pulse 45 is not responsible for overdraft or bank fees that occur from late fees being charged to your account.

* We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER only! 

* Grip socks are required for all fitness classes. Including your first class.



* Classes and Instructors are subject to change without notice! Please check our Live Schedule regulary for any class changes.

Please note: all expiration dates on monthly packages including any current studio specials start from date of purchase.

*Month to month packages expire 30 days from purchase date.



MEMBERSHIP HOLD PROGRAM:

 We DO NOT offer membership holds to studio running specials or single session members. To inquire about a hold please contact the studio at lagreepulse45@gmail.com for more information.

DROP-INS:

 We currently accept drop in and it is a $35 single  class rate.  Click Sign up now at the top to get 3 classes for $30. New Clients Only. Must be local.

STUDIO CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

*12-hour cancellation required to avoid a class forfiet for single session members. This includes any first time special or FREE class.

* 8-hours cancellation required for monthly members.

* Any cancellation made inside 2-hours prior to class start is a $20 Late cancelation penalty. Regardless of membership due to our small class size. Class is returned to account for later use.



* A No Show $30 applies to CC on file for a reserved Mega and no attendeance of that scheduled class time.  Class forfeited for any No Show.

*Late Arrivals to a scheduled class is considered a No Show and a $30 penalty may apply to CC on file if consistantly late. If a client attends class late it opens a spot and that spot may be given away to a waiting student. Please consider your fellow students and arrive on time to not distract the class once it has begun.





* New Clients must check in no less than 10 minutes prior to their FIRST class start in order to take class. We MUST have time to go over our MEGA for saftey reasons.

Please NOTE: NO refunds are given for a Late Cancellaton or No show that applied due to canceling a class.  Emailing, Texting or Calling the studio is a unacceptable form of cancellation. The same cancellation polices apply to all current studio specials/promos including Social Media coupons or other advertistments through a form of a discount.



***Waitlist:  A client is added automatically from the waitlist to class up to the 2-hour window prior to class start and can be added all the way up to class start time. When added from the waitlist to a class, the same above cancellation policy applies. If a spot opens up an email/text confirming you have been added from the waitlist will be sent.  A Late Cancel will apply inside 2-hours, class is returned to clients account.   A No Show applies to the class if you are added from the waitlist and do not attend the class.  We strongly suggest to remove yourself from any class you cannot attend to avoid a cancellation or no show charge.  We cannot make any exceptions to these policies. Thank you for understanding.

CANCELLATIONS and BOOKING PRIVATES SESSIONS:

*Privates are confirmed 24 hours in advance. Private sessions require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel.

*Cancellation made inside 12-hours, that session will be forfeited.

*Any No Show to your scheduled private session, will also be forfeited
