Fitness background- I started dancing at the age of 3, falling in love with Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop. I started my personal fitness journey lifting weights in college and found I really enjoyed fitness. I dabbled in personal training, group fitness, Crossfit, Pilates, and Yoga. I even taught my own “Booty Boot Camp”! I found Lagree a few years ago but didn’t love the studio I was in. I decided to give Lagree another chance at a new studio with a tennis friend and the rest is history! Outside of Lagree, I’m always down to do anything active from going for walks, bike riding, hiking, roller skating or my favorite past time; tennis! If it involves moving your body, I’m in!
What sets me apart from other instructors - As a LP45 instructor, I bring a fresh perspective and a strong focus on the fundamentals. I understand what it’s like to be new to the method, so I prioritize clear instruction, proper form, and steady progression. My coaching blends a lifelong foundation in dance and body awareness with strength training principles to create controlled, highly effective workouts. I aim to be known for creating an uplifting, high- energy space while keeping form and intention at the forefront. I bring a balance of challenge and encouragement, helping you feel strong, capable, and supported every step of the way. I give every part of my class a lot of thought, from music playlists to flow of routines, to make sure each class is the best it can be!
Teaching style - My goal is to help you feel confident on the Megaformer while building strength and endurance, to assist you in a proper body position to help avoid injury and get the most out of each exercise. I want every one of my classes to challenge and empower you! I understand that sometimes just getting to class might be a challenge in itself and I’ll always make it a priority to meet you where you are at that day, encouraging you to trust yourself and how hard you want to go. Just know I’ll push you, but I’ve got you the whole way through.
Why I chose to teach Lagree - As someone who deals with autoimmune disease daily, I value joint health as well as mobility and proper form. Finding a program where I could still strength train but keep it low impact was important to me. I fell in love with Lagree for its ability to transform not just your body, but your mindset. I always known I have wanted to do something in the fitness industry but until I found Lagree I wasn’t sure what that was. Now I know I want to help others build strength, confidence, and to be as mobile as possible for life!
