What sets me  apart from other instructors:  

I am committed 100% to everything I do!


Why I chose to teach Lagree:  

An injury sidelined me from running and I found Lagree as a way to strengthen my WHOLE body (even the parts you didn't know could be strengthened)! I've never had a more comprehensive workout and it is something I can do for the rest of my life! 


Coaching Style: 

I like to lead by example, meet everyone where they are and show them that progress is WAY more important than perfection!
